AS brings good news to Real Madrid fans after Barcelona’s victory over Celta Vigo

Barcelona secured a hard-fought 4-3 victory over visiting Celta Vigo in the 32nd round of the Spanish League on Saturday.
Barcelona were trailing and Real Madrid fans were hoping for a draw or defeat to close the gap, which has now reached seven points, before Real’s match against Athletic Bilbao tomorrow.
However, the match saw an injury to one of Barcelona’s most prominent players, Lewandowski, and reports coming out of Catalonia do not bode well for the player’s fitness for the Copa del Rey final on April 26.
Robert Lewandowski was unable to complete the match against Celta Vigo. In the 77th minute, the striker asked to be substituted, clearly in distress, as he clutched the back of his left thigh and lay on the ground.
According to the Spanish newspaper “AS”, the initial feelings in the dressing room are very negative, especially considering the cup final on April 26.
In fact, there is already talk of a torn biceps femoris muscle in his left leg. If the extent of the injury is confirmed, the international will miss the cup final entirely, with a minimum absence of three weeks.
